Mother's Day

Finally--they're in full bloom.  Today the wind is trying to whip them to death.  Hang in there little tulips!

At church yesterday I had gone into the dining room to wait for adult Sunday School to start when Wayne came and got me and said..."You've got to see this."  And this is what I saw.  Little Caleb was imitating Daddy!  He's 3 years old and such a cutie!  Following in Daddy's footsteps!  Way to go Big John!

For Mother's Day supper Wayne did the grilling.  One pork chop was kind of a burnt offering as he got distracted on the phone.  That's ok...Ty...it was good to talk to you.  Next time just tell Grandpa to go check the grill!  Multi-task!!!

Here's our supper....it actually tasted a lot better than it looks and I think it looks pretty good!  Happy Mother's Day to all you Mom's out there....especially those who are Mother's to our Grandkids and Great-Grandkid!!  What joy you've given us!                           Jolyn
