Yummy Muffins

  Every once in a while I come across a simple recipe I just have to try.  These pumpkin muffins rate at the top of my list!  Very few ingredients - quick and taste really good!  

PUMPKIN MUFFINS
  1 box spice cake mix
  1 small can of pumpkin
  1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
 bake 350 oven for about 20 minutes

I added raisins and pecans and put a dab of cream cheese frosting on the top.  Two batches within a week and they're all gone.  (My midnight raid finished them off.)

    I made these muffins using a yellow cake mix (that is all I had on hand) and added some cinnamon to the batter.
    Baked and topped it with a glaze.

    My FACS 8 class thought they were wonderful.
